Doug Wilson on Free Will and the Sovereignty of God

Doug Wilson has a great little piece on free will and the sovereignty of God. This short essay on his blog is titled “Freedom? What Freedom?

  1. I need to give you a copy of my paper on this topic. It’s title is “The Freedom and Sovereignty of God.” In it, I argue that theism requires a belief that the kind of freedom denied by Doug Wilson is possible, honesty suggests that a world with such a greater (libertarian) will is real, and discipleship demands doing what compatiblist freedom (like Wilson describes) cannot: deny the self. It’s not adequately polished for publication yet, but the argument is there. I’ll get a copy to you. If you ever get time to look at it, I would value your feedback.
